Again, legal is only defined by law and jurisdiction. If I can browse a web page that has NO restrictions, just type a URL and open a page, it’s not illegal, and further disclaimed by “this may contain forward thinking….blah blah” disclaimers which render it impossible. But since we all know timing is critical, this becomes a questionable tactic, but effective and probably legal methodology

I would say even worse than taking money from people is people who use these techniques to stalk and harass people. It is entirely possible to have horror movies come true, now adays, where a deranged person can follow someone literally through every step of their life. It is a scary, scary world we’re entering if we’re not careful.

haha one year ago I was making my first batch and now I’m getting into fake phone cards, FUD trojans (especially that beautiful Poison Ivy) and auto-clicking massively on PTC sites xD

i am not a hacker but a cracker
a black hat
i use wlan crack programs to internet for free. use keylogger and trojan backdoors to get acces and passcodes of my victem and hack there computer to remotely controll it from my laptop
its wonderfull 2 years ago i was still watching video’s on how to make a batch virus

legal? i don’t think so, no stock broker is allowed to act upon or cause others to act upon material nonpublic information. would i have done it, maybe? unethical, yes!
